Whilst wondering around the annual Cake Bake and Sweets Show in 2022, Natalie, being her spontaneous self, decided to apply for The Great Australian Bake off. Much to her surprise, she kept getting further and further through the process and out of some 70,000 applicants was offered one of the 12 spots as a contestant on the highly anticipated television series. This highly competitive baking competition brings together amateur bakers from across the country to showcase their talents and push their culinary boundaries. Natalie’s exceptional skills, innovative ideas, and unwavering determination made her a strong contender for the coveted title

As a dedicated mother of two, Natalie balances her role as a parent with her entrepreneurial endeavours. Through her business, she creates custom cookie orders for special events, such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays all creatively curated to suit the brief, and create a sensory experience for all her customers. Using the latest products and with her ever expanding collection of cutters, sprinkles, and decorating tools the world is her oyster shaped cookie.
